MN Permit To Carry Classes - Students will receive a link to their Online Webinar Minnesota Permit To Carry Class at 4:30 pm on their class date. Students will have 1 month from their class date to complete the online webinar, class quiz, live fire exercise at the shooting range and receive their certificate of completion.
Students that fail to complete the class in its entirety (Webinar, class quiz, live fire exercise) within 1 month of their class date will be charged a $25.00 rebooking fee. Students that fail to complete their class in its entirety within 1 year of their class date will have to retake the entire class.
Students that are more than 10 minutes late to their live fire qualification at the shooting range without at least a 2 hour notification before their range time will have to reschedule their range time and be charged a $25.00 reschedule fee.
Students that no-call no show their range time will be charged a $40.00 reschedule fee.
